Our products are brand new and are well-packed for safe shipping. In the rare event a product arrives damaged, you may return it for a replacement. Returned items must be in their original packaging and must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of purchase. Please email us at info@cutabovescrappin.com before returning the item.
